Investment Analysis and Management

The objective of Investment is to examine how people should make portfolio investment and speculative decisions under today's changing investment environment. The proper investment analysis and management help investors maximizing profit and minimizing risk.

Financial Mathematics

3 credits

This course introduces students with financial calculation and information acquisition with modern computational equipment, efficiently facing the uncertain future. The course is an intermediate course which pivots on financial calculation using functions in spreadsheet software. The topics include: present values, future values, interest rates, periods, annuities, amortization analysis, and risk and returns.

Seminar on International Finance

3 credits

The course introduces international financial management. Topics include the development of internationalization, foreign exchange markets, the international parity condition, currency futures contracts, foreign exchange rate exposure, and the international banking.
